Subsurface is a small set up, run from one desk. We couldn't be here without your support, and working with our trusted guys at Braxted we can offer a new and improved, fully tracked service, usually dispatching within 2 working days (Orders placed Monday-Friday)
If you have provided us with a valid email and phone number you will receive an email and/or SMS message when your order ships with your tracking information.
We also believe in minimising the impact of our business so all our orders are shipped in fully recyclable eco-friendly packaging and we work with a carbon neutral distribution company that supports tree planting and solar farm schemes to offset the energy used during shipping
UK
All standard orders are sent via Royal Mail on a tracked and signed 48hr service. Please bear in mind the 48hr service is from when it leaves us, packing may take a day or two. Keep an eye on your emails
EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL
Sadly due to the ever increasing costs of customs charges and couriers, we have had to stop shipping to Europe, but you can still get some of our range from our brothers at Carpworld in the Netherlands and Carp Cube in Belgium. Links below;
