Two reasons - firstly the sheer volume of orders meant that Gaz was struggling to keep up with admin, and secondly because the volume of small orders just wasn't economical for our packing and distribution system. It made far more sense to use Baitworks to supply them direct, so we can focus on doing what we do best which is creating good stuff, and not simply sending emails. Simply because it was mad to get JAG to ship it across the UK to us each week, and then for us to send it on to you - it just used extra packaging, extra couriers, extra diesel and a truck load of extra emails and admin. Instead, the full range is available direct from JAG and we get to spend more time designing and making new things instead of sending emails!

Sadly not! To be honest, we are upset about this, but taxes, couriers and import duties have just become too much for us to swallow without charging crazy money for EU shipping.

Sadly, probably not. We work with a great warehouse that often packs orders same day. Once an order is placed it is not always possible to change either the address or the contents - you can always try us though, send an email to the queries to try us!

Should anything not work out for you, you can simply exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We work with a great little independent warehouse in Braxted, UK. Whilst we're not Amazon Prime, we always ship within 24-48 hours and only in exceptional circumstances like a new SUBmag or book drop where we've got thousands to deal with will it take any longer than that. Pronto!

We're cutting the fat, trimming down, streamlining ... We're going back to basics and the core of what we do so well, so rather than putting out loads of new stuff (we've only got one pair of hands) we're focussing on one small drop a year, but making it really good. Core products, purposeful design, top quality and built to last. Let's face it, how many new graphic t-shirts or limited edition things does anyone need? There's enough stuff in the world already

As soon as we can find the time to make it. Originally the hope was to publish two a year, but the reality of the time they take was yet to hit home. We're working on a new format of one a year. Great things come to those that wait, until then there's a rake of back copies to work through HERE

We are always looking for good shots of nice carp and fresh content. We have no 'team', we don't just use images from a clique of friends, and we welcome material from anyone and anywhere. Just send us an email with nice high-res shots, ideally JPEGs with some details and an iG @ handle.

We can't guarantee we'll use everything we get sent, and one of the reasons you probably follow Sub is the consistently high quality of carp, scenics and imagery, but we are ALWAYS looking for cool new content
